Christina is a highly skilled and experienced psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy. She works as a psychotherapist in Psychological Services in the NHS, as well as in the oncology field and in private practice at the Remedy Centre in Preston, Lancashire. Christina is a member of the core training team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University and is registered as a mindfulness supervisor with the Mindfulness Network. She teaches mindfulness programmes in the NHS, a cancer charity and to the general public.
